1. Talk through the idea
We start with the use, rough size, style, budget and what you like or dislike about the garden. This is where we can quickly identify whether a room is realistic and which questions need answering next.
2. Look at the site
The plot tells us a lot: access, levels, boundaries, drainage, orientation, service routes and neighbouring properties all influence the design. We also flag obvious planning considerations at this stage.
3. Shape the design and quotation
We agree the important details before pricing properly: dimensions, glazing, cladding, internal finish, electrics, heating and any extras. You receive a clear scope so you can see what is included in the quotation.
4. Build and hand over
Most projects are typically completed in around two to three weeks once work starts on site, depending on complexity. We work through the agreed build sequence, complete finishing details and hand the room over ready for use.
